Ce kit contient les pièces détachées suivantes : 
 
-Cylindre 70cc en aluminium, pour bielle de 85mm, avec 6 transferts et une lumière d’échappement bipartie à “barrette”,  
-Piston mono-segment,  
-Culasse haute compression monobloc,  
-Kit de joints nécessaires au montage et au réglage du “squish”,  
-Jeu de goujons spéciaux,  
-Cage à aiguilles diam.13mm (13x17x17,7mm).  

Les innovations majeures proposées sur ce moteur sont nombreuses :  
 
-La forme de son moule extérieur est empruntée au "94cc" et offre donc un look inédit la bride d'échappement est livrée avec est une plaque triangulaire fixée avec 3 vis (la bride de votre pot sera donc à adapter sur cette "plaquette-rotule")  
 
-Sa culasse H.C, de toute beauté, est moulée en une seule partie puis usinée avec précision (avec passage d'eau interne et centrage par pions).  

 

La qualité des matériaux et de l'usinage est vraiment très "haut de gamme" sur ce kit.

This kit contains the following spare parts:

-70cc aluminum cylinder, for 85mm connecting rod, with 6 transfers and a two-part “bar” exhaust port,
-Single-segment piston,
-One-piece high compression cylinder head,
-Kit of joints necessary for mounting and adjusting the “squish”,
-Special stud set,
-Needle cage diam.13mm (13x17x17.7mm).

The major innovations offered on this engine are numerous:

-The shape of its exterior mold is borrowed from the "94cc" and therefore offers a unique look. The exhaust flange is delivered with a triangular plate fixed with 3 screws (the flange of your pot will therefore have to be adapted to this "plate- ball joint")

-Its beautiful H.C cylinder head is molded in a single part then machined with precision (with internal water passage and centering by pins).

The quality of materials and machining is really very “high-end” on this kit.
